Kona isle paradise

Kona isle is a beautiful, peaceful place to stay. Love the pool. Was able to have friends and family over for an Oceanside BBQ. Wonderful location.

Loved our little stay!

This was our 2nd stay at this condo. We had a lovely time. Great views of the ocean! Condo was tidy and had extras for us to use during our stay.

Great Condo and location

My husband, me and our 15 month old infant had a great time staying here. It's only few minutes away from lots of attractions that Kona can offer. We loved our morning time hanging out on the rocky beach of the property and taking our toddler to the tide pools only steps away from where we stayed. I hope we get to visit Kona again, we now know where to stay!

Small slice of paradise

The apartment, grounds, piool, and location were great. Had all the necessities and beach toys. Coffee by the ocean every morning.

Great location, quaint residency!

Michael was a fantastic host - very communicative, cordial and was able to accommodate me and my friends with an additional stay. He gave out clear instructions/boundaries on housing do’s/dont’s, which is always appreciated as a guest. The location was 20-30 min from the airport and a 10-15 min drive from many beaches via drive. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Well located complex on the water. Well equipped condo with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and loads of snorkeling gear. But, the place is fairly old with noisy A/C and fridge and it's the unit furthest from the Ocean and closest to the road in the back corner of the complex with people walking by the louvered bedroom window.

Kona Getaway

This is a very clean, well stocked condo, perfect for a couple. It's well located close to Kona and right on the coast with beautiful views, especially at sunset. The neighbor was also very kind.

Nice and easy

Super nice condo and easy check in and out. Michael is good to work with. Great beach area to relax at, catch the sunrise or sunset! If you like coffee, the coffee maker isn’t the best. I have a portable 20oz French press I’ll bring next time.

Great Property, Location, and Value

This was a great spot to stay in the Kona area. Minutes from shopping and restaurants and a great home base to explore the island. The condo had everything you would need provided from towels, kitchen suppliers, and tons of beach gear (coolers, snorkels, umbrellas, and chairs). The grounds were great right on the ocean with a swimming pool. Access to beach front to explore the lava rock tide pools and access to the saltwater pool. We will be back when we return to Kona.

Very nice unit and great location

Unit equipped with all things we needed. Including beach umbrella and chairs. Both beds very comfy. Outdoor bbq area is ocean front. great sunset view. We even saw dolphins jumping out of water. Definitely recommend this unit to big island visitors!

Cute & cozy

We enjoyed our stay in this cute condo and would recommend to any couple or small family of four. All amenities listed were provided. We did have a little trouble with checking in but Michael was readily available to assist by text and phone. Plus side is this was the perfect spot to catch a beautiful sunset.

A very nice stay, the condo was very clean, enjoyed myself very much. My only comment is it’s a bottom floor unit on a corner so there was a lot of foot traffic and talking people going by the condo bedroom at all hours. I could hear the people walk around in the condo above. I would stay here again.

Lovely!

A beautiful property very close to a rocky beach. There is also a saltwater pool next to that for swimming as well as a swimming pool. The condo was well stocked, comfortable and clean. The only negative was that there was no air conditioner in the bedroom, only the main room. But other than that, super!!

Very pleasant stay

We enjoyed staying at this condo. Location cannot be more perfect. We watched the sunset every single day. The fact that we had everything we needed (beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler box) to go play at the beach with our 17 month old baby every morning, it’s just beyond our expectation. We also love the idea of the quiet time from 10pm to 8am. We dont have noise ordinance where we live so it’s a nice thing to have when on vacation. Michael is super responsive and helpful. We were confused abt the door mechanism at first so hopefully it will get fixed soon for future guests.

Amazing stay

We had a pleasant stay. Michaels place was just about perfect. We think it is our favourite condo out of the ones we ever stayed in Hawaii. Very nicely decorated, clean and equipped with everything you would ever need. The location was close to all things important and also not right in the middle of it. The grounds were really well kept, great pool also with amazing place for watching sunsets. Only downsize would be that these condos have not really soundproof windows in the bedroom and this particular being right by the staircase and main entrance, couple time we got awaken by drunken returning patron. Other than that we loved every bit of it and would love to come back one day. Thank you, Michael

Perfect for our family's month-long stay

Our family of four really enjoyed our stay at Michael's place. The condo has a well equipped kitchen, which was nice because we cooked at least two meals a day there. The neighbor was super nice and loaned my kids books to read. The complex has a swimming pool which my kids and I used almost every day, and shaded seating facing the ocean which I found to be the perfect place for me to work remotely. There is a liquor/grocery store right next door which has the essentials. The location of the complex was a short drive from most amenities (20 mins to airport, <10 mins drive to downtown Kailua, <10 mins to Magic Sands beach, 10ish mins to KTA Superstore, 15 mins to Target/Walmart/Safeway). Michael was super easy to reach and provided us with all the information we needed up front, and stayed in contact with us during the trip in case we had any questions. Highly recommended.
