Very quiet neighborhood, and a 5 minute trolly or car ride to restaurants, bars and shopping. 400 meg High speed WiFi, desk phone, and extra monitor is the perfect setup for remote workers. Supplies include boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach chairs, umbrella, and wagon. No need to rent a vehicle, new Honda HRV available for your use! (requires copy of DL and auto insurance). Grill, swim, layout, or relax in our ocean front private pool area. Master bedroom includes a king bed with pillow top comfort, nightstand dressers, AC, ceiling fan, recessed lighting, and a remote speaker for easy TV listening. 2nd bedroom includes 2 twin beds that combine to make a king. AC, Nightstands, ceiling fan, dresser, and smartTV.
