  • Kona Sea Ridge#X-1 is an excellent beautifully furnished option for your Vacation. This VERY spacious, 2 story 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit has fantastic features that many guests enjoy. A perfect option for up to 6 people!

    ~Largest Floor Plan in Kona Sea Ridge. Living Area, Main Lanai, Kitchen, Bedroom & Bathroom on Main Level. Upstairs has the other 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & Loft Living Space. 2 assigned parking spaces right in front of the unit!
    ~Immediately upon walking in, you'll notice the spacious fully equipped kitchen. Stainless steel appliances: Dishwasher, Stove/Oven, Full Sized Fridge/Freezer all available to you. Granite countertops, lots of prep space on the Island. Dishes, Cook Ware all available to you.
    ~The Living Room is very spacious. Large Flat Screen TV with Cable Access. Wireless High Speed Internet available
    ~The Lanai features your own private relaxation area. Outdoor dining/relaxation on the Patio Furniture available to you! Your own private BBQ for use!
    ~Central Air Conditioning Available as an amenity for your comfort.
    ~Master Bedroom features a King Sized Bed & Direct Access to a Private Lanai with INCREDIBLE OCEAN VIEWS!!

    Kona Sea Ridge is a 31 night minimum complex, and is one of the premier gated condominium complexes that is a very short walk to the Heart of Kona Town. There are bikes to rent and use RIGHT IN FRONT of Kona Sea Ridge! Coffee Shop right across the street as well!

    $5000 PER MONTH PLUS TAX: MAY-OCTOBER

    Knutson & Associates will offer guests who book Unit#X1 the following additional services as a benefit, to you, the guest!
    1. You have a complimentary concierge service to make Restaurant/Activity Reservations if you so desire to utilize
    2. Need us to go grocery shopping or pick up certain items from the store before you arrive? We can ensure everything is in the property waiting for you upon your arrival! (Additional Service Charge May Apply)
    3. Guests receive a Fruit Basket upon their arrival as a gift from the owner.
    4. Face to Face Arrival/Departure Experience Offered Complimentary! All guests who book Kona Sea Ridge#X1 have the option of meeting Property Management Staff upon their arrival to go over property specifics. We will turn on any fans/lights and ensure you enter into a comfortable inviting environment!

Very clean, well laid out with great amenities and fully stocked with everything you could need for a great stay. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place has everything you need and more. Family of 5 stayed here for 2 months. We had everything we needed for our stay and the property management team was very responsive to any small things that came up.It was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking. We ate at home most days to save money.The place comes with 2 parking spots that are right in front of the unit.The unit was very quite and didn't hear neighbors and no neighbors hear us as best we could tell.

Perfect Kona Base for the Ironman World Championship

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Kona Sea Ridge #X1 while in town for the Ironman World Championship, and it was absolutely perfect for our needs. The location couldn’t have been better — about 2.5 km from the swim start, which meant we were close enough to town for easy access to all the Ironman action, yet far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. It was also ideal for swim training and running sessions along Alii Drive.The condo itself exceeded expectations. It was spacious, immaculately maintained, and incredibly well equipped — truly everything you could want and more. The kitchen had every appliance and utensil imaginable, making it easy to feel at home, and the beds were very comfortable after long training and race days. We especially appreciated the ocean views from the lanai and the relaxed, welcoming feel of the complex. The neighbours were lovely and friendly, which added to the overall experience.The Property Management company, Knutson & Associates, were excellent — responsive, professional, and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return. Whether you’re in Kona for Ironman, training, or just looking for a comfortable and convenient base to explore the Big Island, Kona Sea Ridge #X1 is an outstanding choice.

Fabulous stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just finished a month long stay at Kona Sea Ridge with our family of 7! This home was perfect for our group and had plenty of room to spread out. We really loved watching sunsets on the patio (or walking to Honyl Beach just a short walk away). The kitchen amenities were top of the line and make eating at home really easy. Costco is a 10 minute drive away (and the cheapest gas on the island by far) and Instacart delivers from Safeway, just a 5 minute drive away as well. We made use of the gym and pool everyday. This home was the perfect launching point to exploring the whole island! We appreciated the beach chairs and our kids loved the boogie boards! It seems like they thought of everything. Comfortable beds and plenty of extra linens and towels. We would 100% stay here again!One final note - our red eye flight home was cancelled late at night and the team was so gracious in allowing us to extend our stay for a late check out at no additional cost!
