Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, you may spot some friendly local roosters and chickens roaming around 🐓🐥. They’re part of the island charm, but please enjoy them from a distance and do not touch or feed these wild animals. 🌺🌿

🔐 SECURITY: Exterior cameras are located around the outside of the property (front door, driveway, side, and backyard). There are no cameras inside the home. Cameras are for safety and incident review only.

🐾 PET FRIENDLY: Pets are welcome with prior approval! 🐶 An extra $150 pet cleaning fee applies (max 2 pets, under 30 lbs).
Kindly clean up after your pets and dispose of waste in the bags/bins provided 🚮
Failure to pick up after pets may result in an extra cleaning fee.💸

The Big Island is wonderfully wild, and with that comes occasional visitors 🌺🌴
You may see local wildlife or tropical pests such as geckos, mosquitoes, sugar ants, scorpions, carpenter bees, and yes—sometimes cockroaches 🦎🦟🐜

🐜Our home is professionally treated and well-maintained, but some critters are seasonal and sightings can still happen. If you’re excited to be close to nature, you’ll fit right in and have an amazing stay 🌈✨

- No smoking allowed inside and outside.
- Suitable for toddlers and children under 12.

- Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
