We just stayed here for a week in March. Location is wonderful and check-in was so easy. Communication with the host was great and there was a contact to text during our stay there that was very responsive. We were there for a week (in March) during the Kona Low storm. For about two days everything around us was basically closed during the storm and we pretty much stayed just in the condo. We were so thankful we had a nice place to stay! The beds were comfortable, there is a good sized living room, and the kitchen was stocked with all the things we needed to cook the food we had bought. It's such a short walk to Alli Drive in Kona and close to many places to eat and shop. Despite the fact that we never got to go into the ocean or even put on a bathing suit during our rainy vacation, we still had a wonderful time and really enjoyed our stay.

We had a fantastic stay. The location was great as it was just off Ali'i drive and we were able to walk to restaurants and shopping. The view from the upper balcony was fantastic. I was able to view whales swimming by. We had everything we needed to make some meals and even had some amenities for our trip to the beach. The host was responsive when we had questions or concerns. Overall we had a very nice trip, and would recommend this place for small families to stay!

The location is excellent with walkable distance to all kinds of restaurants. The space and beds are comfortable with air conditioning. The host and the local host are both very responsive to our requests and address our needs immediately. The condo has a full kitchen with utensils. There are also beach towels, snorkeling supplies, and other stuff such as a car seat (I guess the guests can use it if needed) available. Overall, it is one of the best accommodation we ever had in our vacations.

It is a lovely 2 story condo. Close to all conveniences. Comfy beds. Pool was warm and clean. Easy parking. Snorkel and beach gear. Washer dryer in unit.
