"This hotel is a total gem. It's a rare adults-only property in Hawaii, and the amenities are everything you need, nothing you don't. The bar is perfect, the restaurant is great (especially for breakfast or a celebratory dinner), and the pool bar is first rate. Best Mai Tai we had in Maui! "Cloy's spot is perfectly situated at the center of Kihei, well within walking distance to restaurants, bars, beaches, and more. The room is minimal but perfect for a couple who is going to spend most of their time enjoying the island (as you should!). The AC was a huge bonus that helped us sleep comfortably in the evenings. Parking was plentiful and secure at night. Overall, we would love to stay at Cloy's place every time we come to Maui!"

"The property was a great location. Quick access to downtown Kihei and not far from the airport. The property was well equipped with items needed for beach days. One recommendation would be to add an umbrella. Otherwise, very well stocked! My only negative feedback would be regarding cleanliness. The baseboards had quite a bit of dirt in the crevices and the ceiling fan was extremely dusty. "This nice apartment is right across the street from Kam 2 and 3 beaches. The owner took special touches like labels by each light switch and on each drawer which are much appreciated. Well equipped kitchen too. And great beach gear! The complex is older and smaller than its neighbors but it means the rather decent pool is not as crowded. Overall highly recommended!"
