"My husband and I have stayed at Kahana Falls on 3 separate occasions now and I have to say that this was our best. We first stayed in a smaller studio that was decent. Then we stayed in a hotel room which was cramped and had a microwave and small fridge, Murphy table that when someone was seated on both sides, the door to enter/exit the room could not be opened and the only windows looked out to the outside hallway and had an immediate view of the bed. THIS time, we were in a lovely, roomy studio with a wonderful Murphy bed that doubled as a couch, a glass-top table that could seat 4, a full-sized kitchen (which makes staying on the island much more affordable), 2 glass sliding doors that provided access to a nice balcony with table and chairs from which the pool and beautiful tropical landscaping could be taken in. Everyone was wonderful. Prior to arrival, Hannah messaged to welcome us and get information about what our needs might be during our stay in terms of outings and activities (which she helped us book while there). Upon check-in we were greeted by a lovely woman who gave a thorough map tour. The timeshare presenters Tad and Clif were very nice. Sia was absolutely wonderful and trustworthy. She is there to make sure that everything is done as it should be. Ultimately, timeshare purchase wasn't right for us at the time and she had such a calming and understanding presence. The resort is dated but clean and is a true value for one's money. I recommend Kahana Falls. "

"The view 😍🌅🐢🐳 incredible is right. We were originally in a partial ocean view (701), it was windy the week we were there, the first night was awful, I thought the sliding glass door was going to shatter and/or the building was going to blow away. I asked to be moved to a lower floor due to the wind, the gal at the front desk was nice and said she could get us a front facing view the next day so we took it. The second night in 701 was not building-blow-away bad but it was still windy, once we moved to the front facing, it took our vacation from good to epic. Oh that view, you literally felt like you were above the water. We watched so many whales jump from our balcony and a few turtles come hang on the beach. The beach was small and always wet but still a great little beach there. Both rooms were clean, the grounds are nothing to speak of but well maintained, the hot tub was a warm tub however they were working on it while we were there and on our last night the Jets were on, the pool was not heated and colder than the ocean. They have great sun loungers that were perfect for relaxing and whale watching. Oh and the BBQ's were great too and a fun hang out/meet other people area while making dinner. All in all it was a great stay for a budget place, I would stay here again. If you are looking for more amenities and nicer grounds with plants, ponds, restaurants and more this wouldn't be your place but if you want a right on the water experience, stay here! "

"Clean room, kind staff, cute cats in the lobby... They had it all. My mom and I stayed here for a week during our Maui visit. The Ohana room above the lobby was amazing and had a full kitchen that we cooked several meals at. We also loved using the propane grills to BBQ next to the pool. The little hot tub by the laundry mat was so cute and awesome to soak in at night. It was maybe a block away from the beach."
