"China (Cheena) looked after us so well. She did everything, cooking , cleaning, driving us to ski resort. Our train was cancelled and they came to pick us up at Bandai Altima at a cost which was terrific. There actually is a bus from Koriyama to the Ski Resort however the bus station seemed unable to tell us that. It would have been good information from Reitopia also. "The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with very fast internet. The onsen has indoor and outdoor option also with Sauna room--also very clean and all-natural hot springs. The half-board dinner and breakfast were also delicious and well-prepared. This hotel staff also provided us with best-in-class service. Parking lot was very large with ample room for its guests. We had a great time and would return in the fall. Thank you for the incredible experience!!!"

"Lovely onsens on top floor, nice spacious warm change rooms, nice relaxing lobby/lounge area, exceptional dinner, traditional Japanese with a touch western fusion and nice helpful staff. It was winter so it was cold to walk around, would love to come back Spring or Autumn "
