「Loved the staff, especially the pool staff, beach staff, front desk and managers. Opal runs a wonderful hotel where you don’t get that “corporate” feel. Hotel is older but they redid it and it’s lovely. Front desk staff Brendan was awesome too. 」

「For the price per night it is not worth it. Booked ocean front room and paid more. Got to our room and it wasn’t ocean front. I called the front desk and they said we don’t have any ocean front. That was a lie. Almost 1,000 a night and I still have to pay $18 for a drink, there isn’t any breakfast included, snacks in the room are $8 and higher. The prices were insane in my opinion. If you paying that much per night, they should be more accommodating. When we arrived nobody was working at any...
