「helpful staff」

「Great deal, helpful staff, dated accommodations, Coffee makers are less than desirable. Shuttle service was great!」

「The room was situated close to the main entrance so noise, also the bathtub was clogged and water did not drain off」

「Very spacious room」

「Jacuzzi was broken bathroom sink leaked the facet sprayed water」

「Very quaint. Great location. Wonderful breakfast. Lovely staff.」

「Location gave us a good set of experiences near, but not in, Juneau. Wonderful host and her restaurant on the ground floor was a special treat!」

「Weather was a big factor in out stay, as it was a residence, but they had a plow truck plow the berm and driveway, so we could get out, and a shovel to make trail out to my car. Also, when my granddaughter came up from Petersburg, it was easy to add her on to our stay. It worked out really well and we had variables as to whether we were going to have to stay one more day, if we couldn’t get on the ferry until Monday night. They also worked with us, so if we needed to extend one more day, they...
