Bem localizado, fica a 5 minutos de caminhada da Estação Estacio, mas a Estação Afonso Pena fica próximo também. "O único problema é que a portaria do hotel tem uma campainha que toca alto a todo momento para entrada de hóspedes. Impede o descanso.
