The spacious living room features a brand new Samsung Frame Smart TV with popular streaming services available for you to log into and the fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to whip up your favorite meal. There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. Entry code will be provided to you 72 hours before arrival. The code is changed after every guest.
✨PARKING:
There is a private driveway for up to 3 cars to park. Additional parking available in front of the house.
✨THE DRIVE:
Super simple, flat and safe road to get to the house!
✨INTERNET:
The house has reliable high speed internet throughout the entire space.
You can also access your Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc. accounts with the Smart TV

✨BEDROOMS:
There are 2 bedrooms, each with queen beds and the living room has a very comfortable queen sized 6 inch memory foam floor mattress and a roll-away bed frame. Total accommodations can sleep 6 guests.
✨KITCHEN:
Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dual coffee maker, and all basic kitchen essentials: Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils/Spices/Oil
✨SECURITY:
A security camera is located at the front of the house for your security. There are NO cameras inside the property.
✨PET FRIENDLY:
This property is pet-friendly. However, we kindly ask you to keep pets off of the furniture as a precaution to help keep the home clean for future guests. There is an additional, non-refundable charge of $50 per pet. This helps us ensure we can properly clean the home for future guests who may have allergies. Please disclose if you will be bringing your furry friends with you. Once you book we will request the additional pet fee from you. If we discover that there is an undisclosed pet in the home, you will be charged an additional fee.
