"The house is new however the neighborhood it is located in is run down. There are a couple of other new houses next door but the overall vibe of the neighborhood is questionable. I will make sure to Google Earth any further rentals. Lesson learned. It was listed as non-smoking however it is obvious upon walking in that people did not follow those instructions. It had a marijuana odor to it. The host was super easy to communicate with. The location to the activities we did was good. Odor and neighborhood are the major negatives of this property. On a positive note there are ring cameras on all doors and windows."

"We had a wonder stay at The Stallion! It was a beautiful apt and the host was quick to reply. The apt also has a below ground garage for our rental that had an elevator going straight to our floor which made it very easy and secure. It was also close to everything and walkable to so many amazing places to eat and explore. We would definitely book again."

"Wish there were coffee makers in each room… rather in the lobby. The roof top lounge was the bomb though!"

"As far as we could tell, was the only place downtown that had free parking and only 25 for pet fee. The place was very clean and could tell how hard the cleaning crew worked at keeping it that way. Same breakfast as everywhere. We would definitely stay again if we ever went back to Memphis. "

"Hotel was a nice. Amenities were good. Food was good, but be mindful that the bar/restaurant gets packed after a certain hour and there is no room service. A little disappointed with parking. We registered our vehicle with the hotel but still received a citation. A little frustrating, considering we were charged a fee for it."
