"The hotel is fantastic and the view from the rooftop bar is amazing. The only complaint I have was that the valet service decided to change all the settings in our car. Both the seat settings were erased, the radio was changed and the temperature setting was adjusted. Not the end of the world. Just a bit annoying considering there was no need for them to play with any settings."

"This hotel should be donated to be used as housing for the homeless. Bc it should be used as a hotel. My room had writing on the wall the trimming in the bathroom was peeling. The tub was black and so were the towels. One bed was completely dented in. When I request for a room change they denied me. And told me all the rooms look that way.😮 I couldn’t get extra towels. And when I requested a refund for my last to days I was give one night refund."

"This beautiful home was in a charming historic neighborhood district with ample parking. The property itself is surprisingly roomy and modernized either very nice appliances and bathrooms — all while keeping the historic charm of the house. This is excellent for different couples since there are multiple rooms with their own en suite bathrooms with shower and bath. The owner was extremely prompt in replying and very accommodating to any needs. It was a very short drive to Rhodes College and Overton Park."

"This has to be the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in. It was beautiful and light and airy but also I just felt at home. I didn't love the parking because I have anxiety with all of that and it was a very tight area but once I was told I could park on the street I felt a lot more comfortable. Excellent host and I would book with them again if they would have me."

"We rented this vrbo to host a family dinner in the yard. My fiancee and i eloped in front of our family. I cleared this with the property owner ahead of time. The property manager was amazing. The house was mostly clean when we arrived, there was trash in the trash cans and the dryer had the extra blankets in it, the yard was not as well maintained as in the photos but we cleaned things up and managed to have a great afternoon. While the property and the managers were great, the neighbors make you feel like you’re committing a crime. We had an older gentleman filming us as we unloaded belongings into the home. The night of the event at 9pm we were notified that there were complaints from neighbors even though there were only a few of us outside with music playing at a volume that could not be heard at the fence line much less over the fence, while they had a german shepherd bark its head off all day. Again the host and the house were great, the house property could have been better maintained but that aside i was very happy with the rental. The neighbors are a bunch of karens."

"My family and I really appreciated and loved the home. It was perfect. I personally enjoyed walking around the home and sipping coffee by the pool and watching the planes fly over. Will definitely stay again when my family wants to travel with me to Memphis again. Exactly what you see in the pics. Conveniently close to everything and cheap Uber if you prefer. 10/10"
