"Stayed 17 days. Clean & perfect location near medical district & downtown with a variety of restaurants & activities near by. The house had all the essentials in bathroom & kitchen. But, no large pots to making cooking easier. The highest suggested heat range (65-72) didn't warm the house, but will bake you in the main bedroom with the door closed. Overall with the heat at 78 it was still cold in the main part of the house, most likely due to cold weather & lots of windows. Host was welcoming & helpful...I'll definitely stay again!!!"

"The host was fine - responsive. However there were many aspects of the rental that weren’t great. The hot tub was off and uncovered when we got there, so we couldn’t use it the first night. The dishwasher was broken, and the house was not particularly clean, and the location didn’t feel walkable due to numerous homeless people hanging around the street."

"Yes walking distance to grocery store and shopping center,it was peaceful and serene.check in process was not complicated at all.the place was clean and smelt fresh.really enjoyed my stay"

"This home is in need of repair before renting out again. The plaster on the walls is cracked and crumbling in nearly every room. There is mold on the ceiling of the bathrooms. The pipes in the downstairs bathroom leak when someone upstairs takes a shower. The kitchen countertops on both floors are completely split in half and the sink is barely hanging on. There was leftover produce in a kitchen drawer. The dishes had to be washed before being used. The stove top was disgusting with dried on food and years of grease. We were asked to take out the garbage the day we arrived and it was never picked up so we had no where to put our own garbage. The covered porches were filthy and the floors were covered in dirt and leaves. Huge disappointment to stay here with my family for Thanksgiving. We ate all meals out because the kitchen was not acceptable for any kind of cooking. We have reached out with our concerns and were thanked for our feedback but that was the end of it. Would never stay here again. "

"The house was in a great location to the Memphis Zoo and Downtown Memphis. The house smelt like weed, the sheet and pillowcases did not seem to be washed. There was wads of hair on the side of tbe bathtub and an already used bath rag in the bath tub. There was cigerellos and condoms in the dresser drawer. The coffee pot was not the right pot for the coffee maker. The host reponded to our message quickly when we could not get the key.The house was very spacious but did not seem very sanitary! "
