"This hotel was clean and quiet and easy to check inn. No deposit required and the breakfast was good for the price of the room. The lady at the desk was very helpful when I needed something I forgot at home and she was friendly and willing to provide me with what I needed. I definitely recommend this hotel and would visit here again in heart beat"

"The room at Suburban Studios was very clean and seemed fairly recently painted. It had a full size fridge, stovetop, microwave, and sink in the kitchen area. The exterior of the building was under renovation at the time. Despite the clean room, I would not stay here again. I didn’t feel safe. There was one arrest, ambulance and fire truck at 3 am, loud banging on my door telling me I need to move my car for the painters - wasn’t my car that needed to be moved, strangers outside of my door at 1 am one night, the smell of weed one day, people hanging outside at 11 pm, etc."

"The staff is amazing. The building does have a strong smell of a college dorm and like a teenager with too much cologne. However, scent aside it had everything I needed and was quick and easy. "

"It's great, plenty of parking, friendly staff, safe. Rooms were clean with microwave and fridge. Bathroom was a bit small and needed an update. Sink was draining slow. Found a couple of tiny roaches but that wasnt a big deal. Hotels have lots of people moving jn and out and things like that could happen. Breakfast was included. I will stay here again also about a mile away from shopping, food and everything else"
