Nice House and beds really comfy!!

Girls trip, house was clean. Hot tub is a small portable one. The location was very close to everything. Very quiet area...Sunroom was a awesome. Overall we would stay here again.

Great Holiday Experience

This was my first time staying in a rental property and I was pleasantly surprised. The property was exactly as pictured, clean, and comfortable. Even when we were a little confused with checkin the host reached out to us and helped us right away. Overall a good experience.

Everything was Awesome!

I went to Atl to meet my new granddaughter and celebrate my birthday. This VRBO did not disappoint! The home was clean, description was accurate and there were many little touches that let you know the host cares about your comfort. There was a ballon, card and candy for my birthday. There were snacks and even wine set up on the bar table. Every room in this home feels comfortable and we truly felt at home. The screened in porch was great and we had our morning coffee out there and watched the deer eat their breakfast. Host was always accessible. She even checked in on us after the storm passed to make sure we were ok. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and when I go back this will be my vacation home for sure!

The hot tub was down not cleaned out bathroom door was broke to the main room he was left under a mat outside for us other family members decided to stay with family members in the area because of the home

This home was a 10/10!! communication was 10/10!! perfect size for me and my family! i celebrated my 18th birthday here and it was the most fun i’ve ever had! came with drinks & snacks!!! house is well furnished, the accuracy is a 10/10!!! The owner and her daughter were very understanding and made me feel welcomed even while not physically being at the place, good fit for a sleepover!!

This property was not in the condition advertised at the time of check-in. Access instructions were delayed, and upon arrival the home was not properly prepared. The primary bedroom had not been cleaned, towels were missing, and several areas of the home showed maintenance and cleanliness issues, including holes in walls and a broken step from the garage that posed a safety concern. The sunroom was also not clean. The listing advertised a hot tub, but it was not connected or usable during our stay. While the host eventually replaced the stove after issues were reported, this occurred after multiple other problems had already impacted our experience. Overall, the condition of the property at check-in did not match the listing, and the number of issues made this a frustrating and disappointing stay.

Con: Portable hot tub is not usable or ready for guests. It is also not a six person capacity. One maybe two people tops.Pro: Convenient, secluded property/neighborhood.Pro: Screened in porch was nice.Pro: Very comfortable beds. We slept well.Pro: Bathrooms were clean. Could have used a few extra towels for showers.

This property has a very steep driveway & if you park in the garage you have to ho ip a large flightvof stairs. ThThe shower curtain was very moldy & the jotvwater didntvwork in the walk inshower. The house could use a good cleaning.

The house had nice decor but wasn’t that clean. I had several issues the dryer wasn’t drying the clothes the kitchen had Roaches, and there was no hot water. Host sent someone to look at the hot water tank who then said it was fixed but it wasn’t. I tried reaching out to the host again in which she never responded. So I am very upset and will not stay there again.

Disappointing

The property advertised a hot tub that was not working or even filled when we arrived. This was important to us, so I messaged the host when I booked to make sure the hot tub was working. A messaged a couple more times prior to our arrival about the hot tub with no response. It was never addressed. We also had problems with the thermostat and hot water heater. We ended up having to take cold showers. The host did get someone out that day to fix the hot water heater. So we did appreciate that, but we will not be booking again.

We were extremely disappointed with our 9 day stay. Upon arrival, there was a large downed tree blocking the driveway. We immediately notified the host and sent pictures, but nothing was ever done to address it.Inside the home, we encountered roaches, a broken dryer, and a barn-style door to the main bathroom that didn’t close. The screened-in porch door had a torn screen, and the TV in one of the bedrooms didn’t work. Several outlets in the living room were non-functional, and many of the lamps had no bulbs.The home was missing many basic essentials — including hand soap, body wash, laundry supplies, and dishwasher detergent. The hot tub was also disappointing: it was a small inflatable unit, dirty, and didn’t appear to be operational.We gave this feedback directly to the host during our stay in hopes the issues could be addressed before we left a review. Unfortunately, the host was unresponsive, ignored phone calls, and made no effort to resolve anything.We’re usually very flexible and understanding travelers, but the number of issues — combined with the lack of communication — made this one of our most disappointing stays. Would highly not recommend
