「Beautiful property. Clean and staff are friendly. Welcomed my dogs. Best Western all across the country. Always clean but this one was extra.」

「Great sweet」

「Really enjoyed my stay—nice decor and friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was good too! The garden outside was a lovely spot to relax. Only thing missing was a small desk in the room—then it would've been perfect.」

「The manager and staff at this property absolutely ABHOR Expedia customers. They REFUSED to help change a room because I didn't book directly with them. The manager told me she COULD help me if I had booked directly, but WOULDN'T help me because I booked with Expedia. They then LIED to Expedia when Expedia called to make the change. I had the absolutely WORST hotel experience in my entire life (and I travel a lot). The staff was ABUSIVE. I DID NOT end up staying the 2 nights I booked because I...

「Everything you expect at a Durey Inn. Amenities, service, happy hour, and breakfast. Definitely recommend the on-site, restaurant / bar they were promoting at the time. The deserts were awesome and the drinks were great. Yes, it is kind of hard to get that wrong in Santa Fe, but it you just want to relax at the hotel it's a ++. ONLY con, no self-parking and it is pay to park. If you need anything you have to go through the valet for your keys or to leave.」

「Mouse in room | High price, low value Around 12am on our 3rd night, we awoke to sounds of a mouse scurrying around. We opened the doors and scooted it out onto the second story patio. Checking the room, we then found several droppings. We called front desk, who told us there were no rooms we could move to. They sent cleaners to vacuum our room and change bedding, which finished about 1am. The next morning, we spoke with the front desk manager, who offered to refund our resort fees ($55 per...
