「Just slightly north of the more “fancy” area in Charleston; we actually preferred that. The property was quiet, private and relaxing. But you don’t have to drive to experience some nice scenery and food options if you don’t want to.」

「The property was very easy to find and access with good parking and seemed to be in a very quiet part of the town We have stayed on Folly approximately 10 times, and this was one of our better experiences. Everything was clean as a pin with beautiful ocean front views and just a short 5 minute walk to the pier. We really hated to leave. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who is just looking for a nice leisurely stay.」

「This apartment was great for my family of four. The proximity to the beach was unbeatable and the outdoor shower was a lifesaver. The apartment was clean and efficient. The bathroom is a little tight, but other than that, the layout was very comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked with essential cooking items and even some basic pantry items. 「We had a wonderful stay. It was a rather large apartment and the decor was beautiful. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 baths was so key and we really appreciated the king size beds. We were so appreciative of the fact that there was not a moldy smell in the unit as is typical of Charleston. 」

「The Gemstone B was amazing. It was spacious, clean and had everything you would need for time with friends or family in Charlton. It is the second story of the house so it was nice that no one is above you. The host/management company was incredible at providing round the clock assistance, and it ended up we really didn't need anything because the place was so well stocked! Plenty of toiletries, towels, kitchenware etc. The walk to King St. took less than 5 minutes and there was even a cute...
