「Lovely hotel in the centre of Deeping , with beer garden beside the river」

「Hotel and staff were excellent.I had a bad experience at another hotel in Peterborough that didn’t accommodate my disabled friend well. I booked this at very short notice and they could not be more accommodating. Hotel was spotless, food excellent. The onsite restaurant was absolutely delicious- it’s a grill/steak restaurant- very high quality. Will definitely return.」

「Terrific VFM, comfortable, warm & super breakfast (portions too big for oldies).」

「全体的に清潔で、すっきりとしたインテリア。ベッドルームがリビングを挟んで2箇所あり、快適に過ごせました。周りも静かです。キッチン、冷蔵庫、洗濯機付きは便利です。」

「出張の際には便利です。」

「The room was enough good for me. There was an iron in the room. It is very nice for business person especially. I enjoyed buffet style breakfas. There was various kind of food and drink.」

「Clean, quiet and warm. What else for a business trip」

「スタッフの対応は申し分ない。部屋も広く、くつろげた。バスタブがあるのが嬉しい。」

「The parking was easy and free, the staff could of been more friendly and more helpful, the rooms and hotel look worn out and the carpet in the room had dirt」

「Such a lovely cosy annex. We only stayed one night but will definitely be back for a longer stay. Very convenient location for the A1」

「I arrived earlier than the check-in time, but I was warmly welcomed with a smile, which I truly appreciated. They kindly shared information about local shops and sightseeing spots, which helped ease my worries about being in a new town for the first time. The building is old, but the room was clean and I had a comfortable stay. (Adjusting the bath water temperature was a bit of a challenge.) Overall, I’m very satisfied with my stay.」

「Everyone」

「My room was a lovely suite with its own kitchen and sofa. I think furniture lay out could be changed so you could watch TV from the sofa rather than just the bed. My TV didn’t work the first night but the staff fixed it the second night, and offered me another room if they couldn’t. Breakfast was nice and lots of choice. Hot food cooked fresh. The hotel is more central than I thought so easy to walk into town along the river or even to the large garden centre. A big downside is my room was...

「The room smelled musty and all night long there was banging and noise as we were on the ground floor right next to reception area and entrance. Didnt notice how bad until we went to bed. At 211:90 pm, 1:00 am went to front desk to complain or change room but no one there. It was a terrible experience. Will not stay there again - it made it worse that we drove for 5 hours to get there to attend a funeral in the morning.」

「Free parking Breakfast poor Hotel in neeed of refurbishment. In poor condition Fraying carpets and cleanliness not good Room 25 was cold Even with heating on.Very draughty.Too cold to have shower heated towel rail not working Staff indifferent」
