"We only got to stay 1 night, but it was a great experience. It was a little confusing at first because we did not receive a confirmation number from hotels.com to start the Urban Jungle (UJ) check in process. However, once we received our UJ confirmation code, we were able to fill out the check in forms, get an access code, and it was straightforward to enter the building. The unit was larger than expected, spotless and loved all of the sustainability/environmental aspects such as the compost bin, well water flush feature and radiant heating in the bathroom floor. It's lovely to have real plants in your room and the ability to open windows for fresh air. The beds were comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. The one thing I wish they had offered was hair conditioner along with the shampoo. The location is only 2 blocks from the Prater park so we were able to check out the Winterfest. The neighborhood felt very safe and was extremely clean. We will definitely visit Vienna again and plan on staying at Urban Jungle since it was such a good experience. We definitely recommend staying there."

"bsolutely fantastic hotel, located close to multiple metro/train stations as well as being within walking distance to the attractions. I was visiting Vienna for the Christmas markets and this was the perfect hotel to stay. My absolute favourite thing was the buffet breakfast, I have never stayed in a hotel with a breakfast as good as Austria Classic Hotel Wein, honestly amazing. If you are looking for a great hotel in Vienna this is it, I hope to return here soon"
