vacanza al mare di pochi giorni. Hotel carino sul mare con piscina e accesso alla spiaggia. Buono per famiglie e vacanze di pochi giorni. Stanza carina con letto comodo e balcone vista mare, ma la doccia aveva poca pressione dell´acqua e il condizionatore era molto rumoroso. La connessione internet non funzionava o era molto lenta.Buona la colazione. La spiaggia é a pagamento il giorno del check- out.

Unsympathische Chefin

Ich bin seit 28 Jahren jedes Jahr zur selben Zeit in Jesolo. Noch nie bin ich so unfreundlich behandelt worden. Ich bin herzlichkeit und Höflichkeit gewohnt. Die Chefin des Hotels kam sehr arrogant und frech rüber. 2 Tage hatten wir keinen Platz am Strand und mussten wie Idioten einen leeren Platz suchen und wurden auch von dort vertrieben. Obwohl ich bei unserer Ankunft nach einer Strandkarte gefragt hatte haben alle anderen Gäste eine nummerierte Karte bloss wir nicht. Unfreundlich auch als ich 1 Tag vor Abreise gebeten hatte mein Auto umzuparken weil ich in der Früh abreisen wollte. Völliges Chaos und blöde kommentare. Nach Bezahlung unserer Zimmer war die Chefin gespielt freundlich aber wünschte nicht mal eine gute Heimreise. Es gibt weitaus günstigere Hotels auch am strand mit pool.... Wir kommen nicht mehr

Enttäuschender Hotelaufenthalt!

Für den preis hätten wir uns ein größeres zimmer erwartet, bequemere matratzen, ein geräumigeres bad mit absaugung, ein reichhaltigeres Frühstück mit wenigstens trinkbarem gutem kaffee(schmeckte bitter und künstlich ,sehr enttäuschender automatenkaffee!!),... also für 3 Nächte 600€ in so einem winzigen kämmerlein ist eindeutig zu teuer!! Und auf der Website wurde uns ein viel schöneres Zimmer bzw.Hotel gezeigt!!

BUONI SÌ MA...........

Purtroppo abbiamo prenotato in questo hotel ma ci è stato assegnato un altro hotel in quanto al nostro arrivo ci è stato detto che le camere del nostro hotel prenotato, hotel galassia, non erano disponibili. Abbiamo avuto solo dei problemi per il pagamento in quanto alla inizio ci è stato detto che l albergo dove ci hanno trasferiti aveva le stesse condizioni di prezzo Dell hotel galassia. Confrontando i prezzi di entrambi gli hotel ho notato che l hotel galassia aveva un prezzo superiore rispetto all hotel dove abbiamo soggiornato e pertanto, la quota andava ridotta. In conclusione, "gentilmente" (per modo di dire) la nostra richiesta è stata accolta ed abbiamo pagato il giusto.
