Brown Machne Yehuda

7.4 out of 10, Good, (88)
"It's a lovely place to stay and I'd stay here again. The drawback is, the room I had was very small and I had almost no space for my luggage, was only good if you are traveling solo. No fridge in the room. No privacy for shower and semi private bathroom. Overall, the place is clean, nice staff, nice lobby, coffee, cold drinks. And best of all the location was very close to Machane Yehuda."

Villa Brown Jerusalem

8.8 out of 10, Excellent, (242)
"The property did not look like the pictures. It was dark and musty and hard to find the front door. When we told the front desk we were not happy, we were told we could leave but would owe one night’s stay. We said fine and booked another hotel. On our way out the door, the man said ‘ my Mistake- you have to pay for the whole stay’. This is not ok. We are hoping Expedia will help resolve this. Thus far, there has been no response. This is also unexceptionable. We won’t hurry to use Expedia. "
