「Property advertised was not the property we got. Paid for a three bedroom penthouse and got a two bedroom non penthouse. Advertised Address on expedia in in jersey city and phone number for contact on expedia is incorrect. Although Gary was very nice and helpfull the listing of property and what was paid for was was not the same whether expedia miss listing or not idk. The room was still nice just wasn't what i paid for on expedia

"During my stay, the window lock was broken, and in the middle of the night a strong gust of wind blew the window open. It was extremely cold, and the next day I developed a high fever. Falling ill completely ruined my stay. I request that you carry out thorough safety checks and equipment inspections. In hindsight, it was a mistake not to complain to the staff in person at check-out—I only left a written note.
宿泊中に窓の鍵が壊れており、夜中に強風で窓が開いてしまいました。
非常に寒く、翌日には高熱が出てしまいました。
体調を崩してしまったことで滞在が台無しになりました。
安全面と設備の点検を徹底してほしいです。
