The location of the apartment is perfect, in the heart of Hoboken, 10 minute walk from the main high street 15 minute walk to path station with easy access to Manhattan We stayed as a family of four, this apartment has plenty of space, very clean and tidy, we loved the apartment Gordon was amazing through out with communication and replied with in minutes, and was super helpful when our flights home were cancelled and we needed to book an additional night at short notice A massive 10/10 from all of us

Nice Place!

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment! The unit was very clean and we all felt safe in the neighborhood. The host was very receptive to all of our questions/requests and I felt that our comfort was very important to him. It is relatively close to the Path (5 minute car ride) and to get into the city took 20-25 minutes total. As a family of three (two adults and one teen) only having one bathroom was not really an issue but I could see how that would become more complicated as more share the space. However, all in all, we liked it and would recommend it to those considering the space.

Decent Property, Misleading Advertising

Property was clean. Bathroom was small. Beds were comfortable. Parking is abominable. Was told to park at most expensive ($42 USD) and smallest garage in town for 50% reimbursement. Never received proclaimed reimbursement after making request. Stating comes with parking and then getting an email from host saying pay to park at garage is entirely misleading. After a week of waiting we felt no other course of action other than to report this in the review. Good luck to future renters.

Beau quartier

Un super quartier bien situé pour aller facilement sur manathan. Logement spacieux et agréable mais équipement manquant. L’annonce stipulait la présence d’une machine à laver d’un sèche linge et d’un lave vaisselle alors qu’il n’y en a pas. L’annonce a été modifié après que nous l’ayons signalé. Nous aurions apprécié une compensation car cela nous a été dommageable mais l’hôte n’a pas répondu à cette demande.

Lovely Flat

The apartment is beautiful and really fantastic lichtes in Hoboken. Travel to Manhattan with Path and/or Bus is very easy and fast. Hoboken itself has a lot of nice bars, restaurants and shopping possibilities. We highly recommend this place and flat.
