「We really enjoyed our stay!」

「The room was clean and had nice linens. My only complaint is that the “trend” of soap in an attached tube in the shower wall is a failure. My husband and I had to BOTH shower with a postage sized bar of soap for two nights, as nothing would come out of the “tube”. So bring your own bath soap if you visit this hotel! 」

「ドライヤーが置いなかった。部屋を掃除して下さいとフロントにお願いして出かけたが掃除がされてなかった。朝出掛ける時エレベーターの側にあったゴミ箱付近に大量のゴミが散乱されていたが、午後かえってきても片付けていなかたった。空港の送迎をお願いさたら10ドルかかるとあわれた。ホームページには無料」

「Great breakfast, staff and clean facilities, however, the pool needs to be cleaned.」

「We did not have hot water in our shower nor did we have electricity in our bathroom. The front desk person was not any help as I launch our complaint. So we did not get a shower for the day. Hopefully the hotel will give us some kind of refund. But this front desk person kept saying go get your refund from Expedia. We will see」

「Had a great time! So nice to have a bar/restaurant right by the pool. The breakfast was phenomenal!」
