「Our stay at the farmhouse was excellent. Our family enjoyed the dinners around the large dining room table and the s’mores at the fire pit one evening. Using the grill was easy; everything needed was there for cooking and cleaning. Grabbed a 1860 book at a nearby Hobart bookstore, enjoyed lunch from the Bakers Grimm in Delhi and dinner another night at a brewery in Cooperstown following an hour drive to the baseball hall of fame. The layout of the farmhouse was nice with the three bedrooms. My...

「This is a beautiful property; truly, the listing doesn’t do it justice! We couldn’t believe how many gems we discovered both on property and nearby throughout our stay! There were cute, helpful signs throughout the property to make every aspect of the stay enjoyable and carefree, and not a single detail was overlooked! Anthony was incredible host who made sure we had all we needed ahead of, during, and after our stay. We’re already planning our next getaway at this property!」

「We had a wonderful stay and would happily come back. The house is charming spacious, and had more than enough room for our group. The property itself is stunning, with a gorgeous view of the mountains that made it a perfect place to relax. The jacuzzi was a great bonus and the perfect way to unwind after a day out. Our host was exceptionally responsive and communicative, making everything from check-in to check-out easy and stress-free.If you’re looking for a peaceful, comfortable place with...

「The pictures are not accurate. The two full and one twin bed are in one room upstairs, they are not separated as pictures would lead you to believe. Then three twins are in the living room with the couch, next to the dining room table and kitchen. The unit was dusty and not swept clean. There were dead bugs on the floor and party poppers from previous guest. I have never experienced something like this with Expedia, this was a zero star experience honestly.」

「The house was very clean and comfortable. It was less than 10 minutes away from Main St, where all the activities were. It is in a main road so cars are always speeding past at all times of the day and night. It is pet friendly however there isn’t a closed in fence so you’ll have to watch your dog and put them on a leash. If you go up the hill in the back of the house, there’s a huge pasture surrounded by the woods, my dog was able to run around up there, I just had to stand where she couldn’t...
