「We did not get check in information, when we called VR BO they said they would cancel our reservation and someone would call to assist us with another reservation…they never did ! An hour later we got a call from the owner and got check in information at about 8:00. The property was great. This was disappointing since we had just had a reservation canceled in Florida with vrbo and was also told we would be contacted when the host canceled a 18 night reservation…again no help. 「The property was clean, impressive and exactly as advertised. It was very close to all the attractions and restaurants in Pigeon Forge, but far enough from the strip to be in a quiet location with a creek in the back. The private hot tub was a great addition to our weekend stay.」
