「We were given someone else’s room. Thankfully the person had a latch on so we couldn’t get in, but how scary is it that not only were we given a key for someone else’s room, but the front attendant asked me if there was someone in the room when we said we couldn’t get in and the door was latched. The doors that should have been locked on the backside of the building were either not locked or the door just didn’t work. It’s in a weird location as well. 「Room was clean. Check in was smooth. Where the food was for breakfast was in an extremely small, hot room. The batter for waffles was out. The apple juice was water and no cups for it. I used a coffee cup. When i told the lady she did replenish the items as she could. But that all should've been monitored and prevented. Otherwise, seemed like a nice motel.」
