「was not clean back porch was dirty and house is in need of repairs. Shower leaks flooring popping up sheets needed changing sofa bed filthy. back porch was dirty in need of pressure washing. Not enough outdoor lighting. House did not live up to VRBO listing. I thought we were getting a better house than last year and was very disappointed. Paid more thinking I was getting a better place. 」

To get an excellent rating recommend lawn mowing, several light issues repaired inc. bad switch on outside carport, give attention to gas grill to make functional. Was able to utilize charcoal side for steaks ... so no major foul. Would stay here again.」
