「The hotelier is located in the middle of the town. Easy access to anywhere still in a very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The roof top pool and bar and it's view are excellent. Hotel staff and service are perfect. You will be welcomed with a sparkling wine and invited to a live music with nice aperitif in the evening. A room is also so elegant.」

「どこに行くのもロケーションが良い、部屋の広さ、設備とくにキッチンや料理道具、お皿やカトラリーが充実、スーパーで材料を買い料理出来ました。長く滞在していると外食にも飽きるので凄く良いです。 このホテルでは毎日色々な企画が有ります。お絵描き、ホテル内のツアー、お話会、ポルトガル語、アクアビクス等、、クローゼットも広くて使いやすかったです。朝食も種類が豊富シャンパンもありました。」

「シーズンオフだったのか、お部屋を4ランクグレードアップしていただき、広びろとした綺麗なスイーツで大満足でした。ただ、街の中心までちょっとあり行きは下りで歩けますが、帰りはタクシーになります。ホテルの無料のシャトルバスがあるということだったので安心していたのですが、本数も少なく最終が5時半ごろなので、夕食後は間に合いません。ホテルのレストランはお味もサービスも普通でした。」

「Our stay of 2 nights was excellent. Staff was very helpful with any questions we had. We arrived early and they were accommodating to hold our luggages while we explored the area. The hotel is located at the heart of downtown a minute away from the famous colorful Madeira sign. Highly recommend this hotel.」

「Excellent Hotel. Very friendly staff. Very easy access to downtown. Took us 10 minutes to walk to downtown cable car site. If you need any supermarket items, the mall is right downstairs and there is a nice supermarket there also. There is filtered water on every floor in a machine.The breakfast is also excellent. Great coffee machine, selection of fruits and cheeses and breads, as well as numerous hot entrees. Also, very big plus was we rented a car and used the free parking in the downstairs...

「ホテルの中には、くつろげるソファーがあり、ゆとりを感じます。日本の箱根の富士屋ホテルや川奈ホテルのような古くて歴史を感じる建物と熟練のサービスが心地よかったです。フンシェルの街まではホテルのシャトルが一時間に一本でていますが、歩いても25分くらいです。お庭も広くて、植物の手入れがよく、お花がきれいに咲いています。お庭の散歩が心地よいです。」

「We had an awesome room with ocean view and were treated to champagne and a romantic set up as a welcome gift for our honeymoon. The Oceanside pool and spa was beautiful. The breakfast and dinner buffet had great variety and price was reasonable. Staff were friendly and accommodating.」
