"Lovely little hotel. We had the clean, comfortable, modern, front room with balcony over the street and beautiful mountain view through double sliding glass doors. Two double beds, and nice, clean, modern bathroom. Great service as well!"

"Great customer service. The people at the reception were very friendly and go above and beyond to help you with anything you need. The hotel itself is very basic, you need to ask the reception before taking a shower for warm water, and we needed to ask for a second towel every day, as we only received one towel for two people. Nevertheless the staff was very happy to help with this. The hotel is only a 15min walk from the main square, so I can recommend the hotel if you are looking for a budget...

La habitación estaba tan empolvada que no pude dormir de la alergia.
Por último, le pedimos al chico de recepción que nos pidiera un taxi, que nos costó 20 soles cuando el trayecto era de 7 soles solamente. Según el, era el cargo del hotel!

"The area was perfect - close to the main square and attractions but not right in the middle of all of the bustle. Unfortunately, the apartment was dirty and shabby. It was also frustrating that there was nothing in the kitchen--not even a pour-over or french press--for making coffee."

"Attended international SKÅL CONFERENCE ONLY NEGATIVE was Rm 117 no where to hang WET TOWELS
left on the counter and they kept replacing them. No one replaces towels at home everyday or sheets every second day…waste of water, time and money. If towels are not on the floor they ar CLEAN. PLEASE INSTALL HOOKS SO PEOPLE CAN HANG UP TOWRLS….THERE IS LOTS OF WALL SPACE…because it’s not eco friendly …it really bothered me. Otherwise our stay was excellent ..tamara macIntosh"
"Kantu hotel is a really good choice. It is in a central location in Cusco and the staff are friendly and accommodating. We stayed either side of 2 treks and they stored our bags without question. If I visit Cusco again I would go there "

Great supply of hot water, toiletries typical Peruvian with bar of soap and v. small shampoo conditioner. Clean towels every day. Great breakfast. And great Customer Service on leaving with the Manager insisting on carrying my bags out to the taxi. Wouldn’t hesitate on recommending?"
