"Great stay in the property, quiet location and neighbours. Close to the city centre and various shopping attractions.
This is the 4th time I have stayed in this apartment and I was disappointed this time to find I had to make up the bed. I did not know where to find the bedding, there are no instructions, and it is not stored in an obvious place. It took me ages to find it, and I was about to call for assistance when my daughter had the bright idea to look in the sofa bed....

"Terrible company and terrible communication. I tried to get early check in and late check out, but they were not able to confirm anything in the very last moment. They dont care that guests are planning their time, the this company the customer is not imporant only thselves.
