Overall, the stay was ok, but we didn't get an upgrade even though they had available rooms. We were staying for just one night. They told us that this was the manager's decision and they will not upgrade us. we are Expedia Platinum and the hotel is in the VIP Access program, I just don't know why since they don't follow its rules anyway. It left a bad taste.

The hotel is nice overall but the pillows are by far the worst I've ever experienced in a hotel. We asked for the "firmer" pillows after the first night but there's still barely any filling in them. They also have these bizarre large square pillows that have half the filling of a normal pillow. If they sort the pillow situation out it would be a great hotel as both mornings I woke up with a sore neck.
