「It's a cute small hotel in Apaneca, very conveniently located between Apaneca and Ataco. The hotel is clean nothing fancy but is comfortable.」

「La atención del personal, la habitación y la comida excelente. Solamente la ducha de agua caliente defectuosa.」

「This property was absolutely beautiful and so relaxing. The dining areas were gorgeous and varied and the food was amazing, delicious, and inexpensive. We always chose to come back to this hotel for our meals. The rescue zoo was inexpensive and we were able to hold some of the animals, hold hands with a monkey, and have parrots talk to us on our shoulders. The complimentary mineral spa treatment we got at their affiliate location was perhaps the funniest event of our trip, and we enjoyed all the...

「This is a old and dirty place, humidity odor, washroom with mold. No water pressure impossible to take a shower. The worst part, my wife and daughter were attacked by a big dog, owned by the receptionist. The dog broke my wife purse and daughter got a terrible panic and nobody helped them. Terrible experience. Expedia need to report this place. DONT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL」

「No hot water! Had to take cold showers! Not pleasant.」

「The food was delicious and we waked the garden while we waited for our food. Very clean and service was great! I would definitely recommend this place.」

「The thermal water pools are great, the gardens overall could be beautiful but have been neglected not cleaned at all or signs of being cleaned, dogs begging for food while we ate was an awful feeling, the dogs were so hungry that break into trash cans theres is trash overnight from the dogs going thru it left like nothing. Property has potential to be a great Hot Spring Spa if they cared more for it......Our room had no water pressure to shower, toilet runs super slow, bed was ok.」

「I honestly cannot say enough amazing things about this place! From the moment my boyfriend and I arrived, we were absolutely speechless. The location was breathtaking, the room was perfect, and the views were even more beautiful in person! Waking up to the gorgeous mountain views every morning was such an incredible experience, and the bed was SO comfortable! The sweet lady who works there also made us the most amazing breakfast, which made our stay even more special! We did have a little...

「Este es un lugar maravilloso para escapar del bullicio de la ciudad. Es absolutamente impresionante y tranquilo. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y limpias. ¡Recomendaría este hotel a cualquiera!」

「Beautiful property. Very clean. Owners are extremely friendly, polite and accommodating. Breakfast was also fantastic and so was the coffee. Highly recommended if you want a nice, cool, private and quiet place away from the noisy traffic. I will stay again the next time I am in El Salvador.」
