Excellent location, clean room, beautiful grounds! The pool was very refreshing, the views were gorgeous and the restaurant served great food and drinks! The staff were all very nice and helpful. The only “issue” was the water temp was difficult to regulate in room 1 that we stayed in, but was not a big deal. I would definitely stay here again.

A true gem tucked away. Clean, updated rooms with cozy amenities. Friendly staff helped us with in town suggestions and booking local tours/transportation. Breakfast is included with numerous tasty options so don't miss out while overlooking a volcano in the distant.

The rooms were clean , the staff were the kindest people you will ever meet! Everything about this hotel is amazing the views are also to die for ! The garden was beautiful and well kept along with the food it was also delicious .

We had a good experience at the hotel. The view from the rooms is spectacular and very relaxing. The city itself is so so not very interesting but still the hotel was great and we enjoyed our stay very much. The breakfast was delicious and the place was very relaxing. Definitely best value with this beautiful view from your room. Only point for improvement is a more comfortable plushy mattress

Beautiful little hotel. Our room was perfect for our family of four, complete with a little patio. Quaint manicured garden had excellent views of the volcano. We really enjoyed breakfast every morning. We couldn't have asked for a better location. An easy 5 minute walk put you in the heart of the city. Finally, the staff was so kind. They really bent over backwards to make us feel at home. Twice, they made reservations for us for different activities.

Great stay at Hotel Juayua!

Great overnight stay in Juayua. The hotel was a wonderful place to stay; breakfast was yummy, showers were warm, beer available on site… what else can I say. Easy walk from the hotel to the centro if you are interested in exploring. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely place to stay, for the view of the volcanos. Steam spa dome highly recommend, $10pp, comes with clay mask, just careful! Don’t get it in your eyes, it’s like rocks in your eyes! Great exfoliating your skin! There was a trail of ants in the bathroom socket, so don’t leave food out! Great walking location to town. Breakfast every morning with a view! Did I mention the view?! Pool is tiny, never saw anyone using it. Overall, beautiful!
