「El servicio al cliente de Fatima sobrepasó las expectativas de nuestro estadia. Logré realizarle un picnic espectacular frente al mar llevando yo todo y Fatima me logró dar acceso a bajar todo en el area y el picnic quedó a otro nivel.」

「La vista y el lugar muy bonitos. Alrededores le hace falta más cuidados. El estacionamiento deben tener uno así ganado para cada cuarto de acuerdo con la ubicación, ya que si sales cuando llegas no encuentras. Y tienen otros pero no están ubicados donde estás. El cuarto la puerta cerraba pero se movía y no había zafacón solo el del baño y era muy pequeño.」

「Property was clean and well maintained on the inside. Exterior windows need cleaning and a little love. There is a classic colonial style area which was pointed out by hotel staff which is absolutely beautiful. It provides views of the town of Mayaguez from the top. 「Figured we'd stay in Mayagüez for a night and then head over to some waterfalls in the general area. I don't usually gravitate towards hotel chains, but the island is still on the mend from the storm of '17 and earthquake of '20, and Holiday Inn is doing a pretty good job of presenting well maintained and comfortable properties around the island. Bed was comfortable, room and facilities were in good shape, and it was easy access to grab a bite to eat in town. I'd stay there again.」

「Great staff and location. The hotel needs some TLC particularly the gardens and pool area. The bathrooms were nicely decorated and very clean. There was a graduation celebration and woke up to trash and food around the pool area (tray of hamburger and hot dog sausage).
