Out East Too - Soundfront Home with Amazing Views! Dog Friendly!

Tucked away at the far north end of North Topsail Beach, on the sound front with spectacular sound views, this comfortable and cozy 3 bed, 2.5 bath home has everything you need for a great vacation. Plus, this charmer is dog friendly! The best seat in the house is on the large, covered porch complete with great deck furnishings.

Outdoor Spaces:
Located next to the community pier, it’s easy to launch your kayak and spend the day on the sound. Please remember to bring your kayak/SUP back to the rental house as overnight storage on the community pier is not permitted. The large backyard provides ample room for play, or you may choose to spend time on the covered porch with amazing sound views!

Location:
Your beach rental is located approximately miles north of the Surf City high rise bridge. You’ll be near the northern high rise bridge that leads to Snead's Ferry, restaurants, shops, grocery store, North Shore Golf, Sea View Pier and more. Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island’s past.

Unparalleled Views; Privacy During Peak Season

The property and experience were excellent. This was the first time we have stayed at a vacation property and did not want to leave, period. Being able to bring our pets took it to the next level. Very serene, beautiful views off the back porch. We all enjoyed the ecosystem off the dock. Lots of privacy, even when visiting during the peak summer season when there are crowds of people. Ward Realty was a pleasure to work with!

Great location and beautiful views

The home had amazing views and was a very short walk to the beach. There was plenty of space for everyone in the home and the kitchen had everything we needed. The only 2 issues we had was that there was a lit of sand and dog hair throughout the 1st floor upon arrival, but I just swept everything quickly and the shower upstairs had mold and a mushroom growing around the shower area.

Space, private, small family stay here !!!

We loved this space so much. So peaceful and quiet. Every morning the bird's would bring us new sound. The water would give us a new view. All the little critters in the water would bring us so much joy, just seeing them. This house is spacious and exactly what we needed. No issues with the rental at all. The new pay to park for the beach was new to us this year. Wish it cost less. But we worked around the time to pay and it all went well. We brought our kayaks and used them daily. We would love to stay here again.

Did Not Disappoint

This property is top-notch. The sound-side location feels secluded and then there’s the ocean a quick walk across the street. Tough spots: cookware is uneven. Stove top is tricky to manage. Outdoor shower is not operational. Elevator is super handy, but wasn’t always sure it was going to work. Communication with Ward Realty seems unnecessarily cumbersome. Wonderful 2 week stay at a fantastic property. I would definitely rent this place again. Heck, I’d buy this place and live there. Groceries are about 20 minutes away. Kayaking is allowed. There is a quick secret passage to the ocean.

Peaceful Vacation

Rental was easily done online and communication was maintained via text. The property was clean and in working order. We had a relaxing and quiet vacation. We were able to walk out to the dock and saw lots of birds from the windows. The house had a fast Internet connection which pleased the kids and we watched tv on the awesome televisions. Thank you for a great experience.

Fabulous

This location was perfect for us. I have been going to North Topsail Beach for Forty years and you can not find a more beautiful beach. We are running out of places that you can still go and really get away from it all. You still do that here. Since it was just my husband and myself and our dogs we had plenty of room. In fact we never used the upstairs at all but we had plenty of space. I spent many hours on the back deck looking out over the bay watching the wildlife. It was a quick walk to ocean. The only neighbors we saw were the local fire department and people using the town pier.. the pictures gave a true view of the home. It was well appointed and the kitchen was well stocked with all we needed. Everything worked well. Never used the elevator but I’m sure if you had problems with steps it would certainly be helpful. We hope to go back to this wonderful house again next year as it was perfect For us. The weather was terrific. Loved every minute of our two weeks.
