「The house was perfect for our group. We thoroughly enjoyed the screened in pool deck and spa. It was spacious and the pool was immaculate and surprisingly cool. We smoked meat in the large smoker out back and enjoyed watching the game on the back porch TV. The house was well stocked with common appliances, cookware, plenty of towels for the pool, and two large refrigerators for groceries. The host was very personable and gave us a tour when we arrived. It was overall a great place to stay.」

「We were so pleased with our stay at the Cobia Cottage. It was exceptionally clean and had all the amenities needed to make our stay comfortable and relaxing . We loved being close to the beaches, as well as all the restaurants and shops in the area. While the neighborhood is an older neighborhood, we appreciated how your house was newly renovated and the outside well manicured . The neighborhood is quiet and quaint . It was the perfect stay for us as we were seeing our daughter off to college ....

「This was a good place for us. we needed a sleep and shower here place. It like a mother in law sweet. Cute neighborhood. We were there for a weekend fishing trip so it was just that. They are still working on this place as a newer Vrbo I think they are on the right track. It was clean. It’s not flawless, but that’s the working on thing. 「Beautiful cottage with high end furniture and amenities but with a homey environment. Great porch overlooking the marsh. Live oaks in the yard and other flora. Saw little brown bunnies everywhere!」

「This house is located in the downtown historic district. All the homes in this area have been restored and are the cutest quaint little houses. It’s only a mile from UF Hospital of Jacksonville. When first arriving the AC was not cooling properly and upon contacting the host they were quick to get it resolved!! (Just needed filters replaced). 「My family and I had a wonderful time here! The owners were very communicative and accommodating. The house was just right for the four of us - and incredibly dog friendly! It was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The porch is a perfect place for morning coffee or an evening cocktail as you listen to the waves. I would absolutely come back!」
