「I highly recommend this staycation. I was greeted by the owner and given a historic tour of the property . The facility was very clean and cozy, no orders or smells. I especially love the porch with the rocking chairs. It close at the historic district with restaurants for breakfast within walking distance. Be advised it’s located on a very busy street so you will have traffic noise and the air conditioning unit is a bit loud. I’m planning another visit but this time with a good set of...

「Beautiful location. Marvelous staff. Extras were unexpected. We will be back!」

「Very close to historic district! We were able to park our truck at the inn and walk everywhere. Staff was very friendly. Very clean and peaceful. In the living room of the main house by the couch, there is a binder that is labeled history, I suggest reading that.」

「Staff was outstanding great breakfast loved the private balcony only drawback was the parking be aware you will have to walk to and from parking lot」

「Perfect stay!!! Everything was so perfect and so beautiful. I felt like I was visiting my mother’s house. Definitely one of my most favorite stays ever anywhere! We stayed at a hotel last time we came to town and never will again. This is such personable and cozy experience with friendly staff who make you breakfast and have a happy hour! We will be back! The Victorian bedroom was adorable and felt so fancy. I hope they don’t change much about this place!」

「The room was clean, the staff were kind, Breakfast was Amazing! The Lady of the house has a sweet young helper. Our room was off the main house which was prefect for a little mini- parent getaway. This is the prefect place for a little RnR. All shops are in Walking distance as is the Fort, several nice restaurants. We'll Definitely be making this a yearly getaway.」

「The property is beautifully preserved and clean. You feel like you stepped right back in time with the details of the furniture and the decor. The breakfast served each morning was plentiful and delicious. There was fresh coffee each morning with water and juice. They have a wine hour from 4-5 which was a delight. They had onsite parking in the back and the location was perfect for easy walking to George street and other areas. The staff is friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and...

「The breakfasts were amazing. Great atmosphere and perfect location. We never used our car in a three night stay. The stairway is very steep if you get a room upstairs. Someone did offer to help us with our bags. Staff was great. Fresh cookies each day!」
