「Very beautiful property. Gorgeous grounds and the rooms are cozy. Smaller “suites” than most hotels and definitely lots to work on to give guests a five star resort experience. Our stay felt extremely understaffed. Lots of miscommunication. And we were often looking around for staff that were nowhere to be found. Empty “lobby”, no one in valet, The layout of the main building is extremely badly designed. The “spa” is a couple of rooms in a hallway. There is no conviene store or five star...

「the pool and the hot tub are closed for renovation. 」

「We had such a good time here! The staff was wonderful, they had onsite restaurants which was great. Overall just a great place to stay!」

「We visited this hotel to enjoy Yellow Stone/Grand Teton NP. The employees were very friendly and kind. Free coffee/tea/hot chocolate are available everytime. They also provided us free handmade chocolate cookies every night with cold milk. Our room was spacious, clean and tidy. Location was also nice; in 5 minutes drive there are many restaurants, dollar-tree, rental car subsidiary. Just awesome. Thank you for you kind staffs and hope to stay there again if have a chance to visit there.」

「Very kindable, counter girl」

「It’s old but room is very clean. Clean shower room, toilets with good amenities and clean bed. It’s also located in very convenient place so you can walk to the center of the city in few minutes. We stayed at the room that’s closest to the main street. At night, we heard people on the street talking and there was some construction noise from outside in the early morning around 4:00am -5:00am.」
