"I did not like that Expedia and Swissotel did not communicate with each other. I booked on Expedia for two adults and two children and specifically selected a larger room with a king size and sofa bed to accommodate the four of us. Despite the high nightly rate I felt it was worth it to comfortably accommodate our family. This booking was to also include breakfast.
