They make you go to a different website and grill you with loads of other questions. Then they take 150, keep it themselves rather than in a deposit scheme, and hold it ransom over the trip to take at their discretion. Beds are uncomfortable, WIFI details on their check-in messages and posters are wrong. You need to check the router...
