「Location of the hotel was good and is close to the entrance of Silmione. Staffs were all kind and helpful. There is the restaurant in the hotel and we decided to go for the guest dinner menu one night as the price and the menu looked reasonable. But, what the restaurant served was definitely far from the delicious Italian dishes but was just boring and not tasty. One of the dish was cold while it must be warm, which was very disappointed. 「Building itself is not very new, but it's all clean and confortable. As the first bike hotel in Como area, their support was perfect, not only cycling but also how to get/out to their hotel. Enough information and very good relationship with others in Bellagio. I appreciated thiei free laundry service, which we can get cleaned clothes just after 2hours after we handed them. Their location is fantastic also. A bit far from city center but that was better for me. I had a very relaxing night...
