Wir waren bereits im Taxi vom Flughafen zur Unterkunft als wir eine E-Mail erhalten haben, dass unsere Zimmer garnicht gebucht worden sind wegen eines technischen Fehlers. Vor Ort bekanen wir unter diskusionen dann doch plötzlich unsere Zimmer. Beide Zimmer waren in einem schlechten Zustand. Die Böden waren voller Schmutz, das Bett hatte riesige Flecken auf der Bettwäsche und dem Überzug. Die Nasszellen würde ich ohne Schutzanzug nicht betreten. Die Türen liesen sich garnicht wirklich schliessen. Innert 5 Minuten haben wir diese Unterkunft verlassen und ein anderes Hotel gebucht.

Mohammed was an excellent host who did his uppermost to assist us during our stay. Staff were polite and hospitable but English was a barrier. Thankfully google translate was a huge helping aid in assisting basic requests.
I highly appreciated the staff going out of their way to accommodate us for an early check in.
The room was an excellent size and well situated, however we did experience the following issues:
- insufficient and inconsistent housekeeping (total cleaning for a 7 night stay = x2, and once was on our request).
- loud neighbours from other rooms talking till 2am/3am.
- Water only provided when cleaning occurred.
- TV didn’t work.
- No hangers in the wardrobe.
- super economy loo roll that ran out very quickly and wasn’t replaced.
- Tea and coffee only replenished when cleaning occurred.
I think many of these issues connected to language barriers and irregular housekeeping.
Overall I would score Rooms Galata a 4/5 for friendly staff and location - and despite some of the challenges mentioned, I would stay again for these reasons.

Location is good; rooms have a good design and all amenities in room which you need
- Internet is not working in the room, always sughb - connected, but no access; rooms & hotel can be cleaned much better

İnanılmaz güzel yer ve işletme.
BRAVO
İşletme rezervasyon sırasında bir karışıklıktan dolayı alternatif otel yada benim bulacağım bir otelin farkını ödemeyi teklif etti. Daha sonra fark yerine konaklama talebimi kabul etti , fark ödemek istedim almadılar.
Otel çok otantik ve temiz.
Odalar çok güzel , personel işini ciddiye alan profesyonellerden oluşuyor. Semt otel ve fiyat performans olarak mutlaka kalınması gereken bir yer.
Gold üye olarak daha sonra tekrar severek konaklama yapacağım.
Bölge otellerinden daha çok müşteri odaklılar.
Güzel bir bahçe ve teras var. Masa oyunları ile keyifli dakikalar geçirebilirsiniz.
Tavanlar kiremit duvar desenleri mükemmel. Gerçekten tarihi bir konaklama deneyimi.
