Deçu par la non propreté dans la chambre et surtout l’odeur de tabac omniprésente même en demandant une chambre non fumeur car c’est un hotel pour fumeurs. Les serviettes de toilette sentent le tabac froid Le petit déjeuner était plus du salé que du sucré. Les petits échantillons de gel douche et shampooing étaient tous collants a l’extérieur. et heureusement. c’était pour une seule nuit! Points positifs : personnel agréable et a l’écoute du client. Et terrasse du petit dej agréable car au 7e etage avec vue sur le port

Fina rum,fint städad men särkslit personalen som var utmärkta i servicehantering. Bra frukost och ett riktigt bra hotell. Jag rekommenderar detta hotell till alla, jättefint läge mitt i stan. Men som sagt återigen, oerhört bra och kompetenta personal. Gjorde min vistelse 100 gånger bättre.

Bize önce camsız bir oda verdiler, ardından yeni bir odaya yerleştik orda’da yatak yüzleri değişmemiş ve banyo tuvalet önceki misafirin artıklarıyla doluydu. Sonra üçüncü odaya geçtik, ve durum farklı değildi, busefer tuvalet “temiz” ama yatak odası berbat, yatak yüzünde kan lekesi ve kıllar vardı, ne yastık nede yorgan yüzü değişmemişti, sadece düzeltilmiş, yerler toz içinde. Akşam resepsiyon’da genç bir çalışan vardı söyledim hemen surat yaptı, odaya yerleşmeden önce kontrol etseydiniz diye bide dayılandı, sanki ben otelin temizlik müdürüyüm, istemiyerek biriyle yeni yüz yolladı, beraber değiştirdik. Istanbul‘da büyük küçük çok otelde kaldım, ama en berbatı buydu

Отель отлично расположен рядом со станцией метро, можно за полчаса доехать до аэропорта без пересадок. Номера удобные, единственный минус - номер был прокуренный. В остальном нареканий нет. Пользовались спа - все понравилось. За ту цену, которую заплатили за отель, получили даже больше, чем ожидали.
