Unfortunately, my experience with this hotel was far from what I expected, especially given the service they promised.
Before my arrival, the hotel asked if I’d like them to arrange a taxi transfer, which I confirmed. However, I had to call multiple times—over several days—to get any real response. Each time, I was either redirected or given incorrect contact numbers. The number listed on their website and in their automatic messages led to a former staff member who no longer worked there, which added to the confusion.
I ended up messaging about five different people just to confirm my VIP transfer, something that should have been simple and handled professionally. When I finally arrived, the hotel itself was disappointing: the room was not very clean, and the staff seemed disorganized and indifferent. Basic requests were met with delays or ignored altogether.
Overall, the lack of coordination, unprofessional service, and poor communication made the experience more stressful than it needed to be. I would not recommend this hotel to travelers expecting reliability or proper customer care.
