「I am giving three stars because I expected more from the presidential room we paid for. While the staff were welcoming and helpful, the hotel itself left much to be desired. A major issue was the lack of hot water for showers, which is unacceptable considering the price of the presidential suite. Additionally, there were very few amenities included for example, the boat ride was not part of the package, which was disappointing. 「Great place to stay. Everything on their island was amazing. Easy to coordinate pickup with the boat, great food, kayaks to explore the area and great swimming right from your room. 」

「The property is very intimately set up the room that I got had the hot tub and the balcony connected, which was very nice. The only thing that I had an issue with was, I guess the room hadn’t been used in a little while so there was a a few small bugs that were in the bed and when I turned the ceiling fan on a few of them fell from the ceiling fan and because of the heat, the power kept going off and it stayed off for quite a while in the middle of the night, which caused us to be extremely hot,...

「This property is BEAUTIFUL. From the front desk, to the spiral staircase, the pool , the cafe, and the rooms. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast at the cafe was the best. The pool was wonderful after a long day in Granada. The room was clean and cozy and was perfect and reasonably priced for a last minute stay for just a night. The rooms had a mini fridge which was super convenient. Loved this hotel so much and will certainly come back again.」
