「First time at Hyatt Place sc location was nice. Sheena at the front desk was awesome. She made our long trip so meaningful. She was kind, professional, caring , godly young woman. She loved her job and it was evident that she was just a generally caring person. My mobility is not good and she went above and beyond from the first greeting to our last step. Kindness is a rarity but it goes so far and speaks volumes about a person. God bless Sheena in all that she does to help strangers feel...

「This clean comfortable hotel was very conveniently located near the airport, yet it was still only minutes from downtown! For the price, I thought it was great, and the money I saved allowed me to spend more on the great restaurants in Charleston.」

「The hotel itself was beautiful. The room were stayed in on our second visit was not half as nice as the first room er stayed in a couple of months ago. You should offer free breakfast. To pay for something that is limited is poor service. There was also no streaming for Netflix.」
