This is the best sea cabin unit because it is a corner unit on the second floor. The sofa fabric is very dirty. The rugs were old used and appeared to be dirty. Not sure if they were. Sofa pillows soiled .. kitchen bathrooms bedroom are acceptable. We have been visiting Sea Cabins for over 20 years. We will return to these Sea Cabin Condos because of the location and the lovely Isle of Palms ….it never disappoints.

Excellent Condo with great views!!!

My husband and I spent 4 days in IOP and our condo was perfect! Walking up to the sunrise and beach/ocean views was amazing. Being on the end unit means you are only a few steps from the beach! The entire Sea Cabins community was also very quiet. We will definitely be back

Nice location

The location was great. Overlooks the beach. Only one complaint and two recommendations.Complaint - the entry code for the lock wasn’t programmed correctly. We arrived at 12:30am and weren’t able to get in. Fortunately, someone was on call from Carroll realty and remotely reprogrammed the lock. Not much of a complaint: no hangers in the unit. Also, the sliding door to the deck should be replaced. Not easy to open or close. Otherwise, it was a clean unit that could use some updating.

Great little condo

First time staying in this location and it did not disappoint. It was our first time to Charleston in this location on the beach was a great place to stay that allowed us to venture out and see all the Charleston had to offer. The condo was clean and well provisioned and showed exactly like the description stated. We would definitely stay there again

Great oceanfront condo

Clean place and easy beach access. Great view of the ocean from the balcony, which is shaded in the afternoon. Condo is within walking distance of restaurants on the main street.

Great beach view

Good view of the ocean from the balcony. Quick access to the beach. Restaurants within walking distance. Easy drive to Charleston. Listing accurate.

Great Place

Location , location. Perfect spot at the Isle of Palms. Comfy beds, decent property. Bare bones, bring everything from coffee to any other basic necessities. They did have "starter" packs, including PT, TP and cleaning materials. No beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, etc. Prepare to rent or buy. Check out is a hard 10am. Other than those things, very nice property with a fantastic view. Try to rent 2nd floor or above to get the view.

Great Location

We loved this end unit that had a great view of the entire beach! We did have trouble with the code to open our door not working upon check-in. But I was able to call the office and it was opened remotely with no more trouble after that. Everything was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the detailed emails regarding check-out procedures such as what to do with the garbage, used towels, and sheets.

Great location and Stunning View

Communication with the rental company was great. The condo was right on the corner so you have views of the ocean everywhere you look. Pool area was nice. Loved the fishing pier. We saw some large ships and surfers from the balcony. We will be back !

A fantastic vacation awaits!

Best unit on the property! Great view. Everything is clean and the plumbing works very well. This is our second time staying here and we love it. The kitchen is modern and clean and has a good set of dishes and cookware for us. Highly recommend! Also the realty office who manages the property sends out very concise and useful emails ahead of the stay to explain checkin, getting around on the property and checkout. The neighborhood coin laundry is clean and works well. We did several loads of laundry and appreciated that it was available. Walking to great restaurants and of course the beautiful beach. We found this to be a perfect place for our vacation.
