Well appointed and immaculately clean with a great view. This isn’t a large unit but it has everything you need for a wonderful stay. Highly recommended.

The property itself is beautiful, great location, you can sit on the front porch and see the ocean, which is a big plus. However, the room is extremely dated and just gave me a “ick“ feeling. If you’re not gonna be in the room much, it would probably be OK. There are rugs in the living room and the kitchen and honestly, I didn’t even want my kids to be laying on them. The walls are extremely dirty. The entire unit could use a paint job. The shower faucet did not work properly. Even the vacuum cleaner that was provided in the unit was nasty when I used it. I don’t want to sound like a negative Nancy, just being honest about the way it looked. Again, the location is perfect, beautiful beach views, but definitely needs a lot of updates.

This property was fine for a no-frills vacation. It was fine, but we probably wouldn’t choose to stay here again. The positives: Condo was very clean, & fairly well stocked. Mattress was very soft. Location is great, with a wonderful view of the beach Laundromat available (although we didn’t try it) Easy access to surrounding tourist sites The negatives: For several days an open, full garbage dumpster was parked outside in the parking lot—very unsightly No elevator; be prepared for the stairs The gate code was changed suddenly without letting us know—we had to use the public access Property is right next to the public beach, so expect some noise & lots of litter.

Great beachfront getaway

This condo was the perfect spot for a quick beach getaway! Great views and the condo was comfortable and stocked with everything we needed. The location is perfect to walk to restaurants and shops.

Great location

Stay was awesome fishing pier was nice caught 2 ft and 4 ft hammerhead shark pool is nice over all a great place crowded beach wouldnt sugest it during busy summer months great in off season

Great little condo

First time staying in this location and it did not disappoint. It was our first time to Charleston in this location on the beach was a great place to stay that allowed us to venture out and see all the Charleston had to offer. The condo was clean and well provisioned and showed exactly like the description stated. We would definitely stay there again

We arrived earlier before check in. Called and asked if we would be able to park and get an extra parking pass for another guest. Spoke to someone and was told we would get a call back. No returned call. Finally decided to check into condo at 7 pm to find out the condo had not been cleaned. No clean sheets, towels, Nothing! Called and cleaning service arrived promptly! Wake up the next morning to a moist floor- from the dishwasher had leaked. Very musty in the home .

Great oceanfront condo

Clean place and easy beach access. Great view of the ocean from the balcony, which is shaded in the afternoon. Condo is within walking distance of restaurants on the main street.

Excellent Condo with great views!!!

My husband and I spent 4 days in IOP and our condo was perfect! Walking up to the sunrise and beach/ocean views was amazing. Being on the end unit means you are only a few steps from the beach! The entire Sea Cabins community was also very quiet. We will definitely be back

Mother Daughter getaway

This was the perfect spot to watch the water all day!! The unit smelled so clean upon arrival and was perfect to walk to the beach and to many restaurants. We spent most of our time on the balcony just relaxing and watching the ocean.
